PEACE AND CALM K9 TRAINING

Your Final Destination To Dog Training

Growing up, we are told that we each have our own unique personality. Dogs are just the same. When trying to train a dog, you need to look at the dog in front of you; not try to mold the dog to fit into one category. That's exactly what we do here at Peace and Calm. We take the dog we see and the issues at hand and we tailor our training to fit you and your dogs’ needs.

We are balanced trainers, which means we understand that in order for a dog to learn successfully, they need to be taught how to behave using communication methods that they understand. When we communicate to our dogs during training, we want to have the most precise timing that we can achieve so that we set our dogs up for the best success.

Meet The Trainer
Aryanna Vigier ABCSDT

Aryanna is the Head Trainer with Peace and Calm. Her journey with dog training started in high school, when she volunteered with a non-profit organization in her city. It was here she started learning how to train basic behaviors from a trainer in the organization. She quickly realized that dog training really piqued her interest. While attending Texas Tech University, she attended seminars and researched on her own. Before she decided to open a dog training business, she took everything that she learned and crafted her own approach to training. She continued to gather hands-on experience volunteering at the local animal shelter. Aryanna decided to further her education by enrolling in Animal Behavior College. Upon completion of the program she earned her Service Dog Trainer Certification, Pet CPR Certification, and Pet First-Aid Certification. Aryanna continues to stay up to date with the latest science in the dog training community and continues to attend seminars.

Aryanna has a personal dog named Neville who is six years old. He is her personal service dog, as well as her inspiration for opening this business. Neville was named after Neville Longbottom from Harry Potter, as almost all of Aryanna's animals are named after characters from this series. He currently has four titles under his belt. When Aryanna isn’t training her dog, you can find her practicing martial arts or relaxing with a good book.
